all rooms are with private bathroom, free parking space and access to spacious, well-arranged common area and laundry room in the basement

We offer you rental of rooms with a convenient location just 1 km from the centre of Esbjerg including free parking space and shopping facilities at your doorstep. All rooms are comfortable, modern and functional with flat screen TV and built-in connector/loudspeaker. There are 10 rooms from 20 m2 up to 40 m2. All rooms offer private bathroom, wardrobe, refrigerator, ironing board and iron, and coffee and tea making facilities. You can use the big common room with kitchen and access to terraces and small garden.

Rental concept.

In case of longer rentals, for example 3 months or more, the term of notice is one month. Rentals are based on one person living in the room. It is possible to rent additional rooms which means that you have the right of disposal of the occupancy of your rooms. E-mail directly to CityBed administration (info@citybed.dk) if you need extra cleaning or linen and towels.

Rent inclusive of all costs.

Rental includes electricity, water, heating, TV package, WiFi, cleaning and fresh linen and towels once a week. Additional cleaning / linen and towels can be arranged.

Additional services

The rooms are an ideal option for a project team of 8-10 persons. If necesary we can arrange catering for the project team. (breakfast, lunch boxes and Dinner to be delivered in the Common area)
We can also arrange laundry services eg private clothing and work clothes. All clothing will be handled in washing bags picked up and delivered at your door.
If needed we can arrange bicycle and Car rental from the local companies.
